How do your prices compare with those of manufacturers/factories?
We are distributors for leading Chinese construction machinery manufacturers/factories and consistently offer the best dealer pricing. Based on numerous comparisons and customer feedback, our prices are more competitive than those of manufacturers/factories.
How do you choose the right construction machinery for your project?
This depends on the project scenario, working conditions, and budget. For construction, excavators (focusing on digging force and stability) and cranes (focusing on load capacity) are preferred. For mining, high-pressure-resistant bulldozers and loaders are recommended. For road construction, rollers and graders are recommended. For small and medium-sized projects, we recommend focusing on cost-effectiveness. For large projects, equipment durability and intelligent features (such as real-time monitoring and remote diagnostics) are prioritized.
What are your shipping methods? How do you ensure equipment safety?
We primarily use roll-on/roll-off (RO-RO), containerized (FCL/LCL), and specialized freight. We select the optimal option based on equipment size and destination. During transportation, the equipment will be secured and protected, key components will be treated to prevent rust, and real-time tracking will be provided throughout the entire process. We have long-term partnerships with international logistics companies and can provide competitive ocean and land transportation quotes.
What payment methods do you accept?
* Typically, we accept wire transfers or letters of credit.
* Wire transfers require a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% due before factory shipment.
* For letters of credit, we accept 100% irrevocable letters of credit without “soft clauses.” Please consult your sales manager for specific details.
How long is your price valid?
We are a friendly and courteous supplier and never seek excessive profits. Our prices remain generally stable year-round. We only adjust prices based on the following two circumstances:
* The USD/CNY exchange rate fluctuates significantly based on international currency exchange rates.
* The manufacturer/factory adjusts the machine price due to rising labor and raw material costs.
What is your delivery time?
Generally, we can deliver standard machines to customers within 7 days. We have extensive resources to access local and nationwide inventory and receive them promptly. However, for manufacturers/factories, it may take over 30 days to produce the ordered machines.
How quickly do you respond to customer inquiries?
Our team is comprised of a diligent and dynamic staff working around the clock to respond to customer inquiries and questions. Most issues can be resolved within 8 hours, while manufacturers/factories may take longer to respond.
Which Incoterms 2010 do you handle?
As a professional and experienced international trade company, we handle all Incoterms 2010 terms. We typically handle standard terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP, and DAP.
