The CNFORCE MQH37A is a 37-ton container side lifter engineered to carry out container self-loading, self-unloading, and vehicle-to-vehicle transfer operations. Designed as a versatile solution for container logistics, it handles the hoisting of ISO-standard 20ft and 40ft containers in multiple positions. Powered by an independent engine unit producing 36.5 kW at 2600 rpm, its sliding dual-crane system adjusts along the chassis to enable flexible material handling at ports, railway transfer stations, warehouses, and industrial distribution centers.
By sliding the front and rear cranes along the chassis, the MQH37A can adjust to load, unload, and transport either 20ft or 40ft containers, or other similar cargo. This adjustable capability expands the versatile application of a single vehicle in diverse container logistics operations.
The vehicle’s hydraulic system is powered by an independent engine with adjustable speed. The output from the double pump is directed through a confluence valve group to the multi-way valves of the front and rear side cranes connected in series. This ensures steady fluid distribution, supporting stable and synchronized hoisting processes.
Featuring high and low-pressure dual pumps, the system adjusts oil supply according to the current load. Under low-pressure conditions, both pumps combine to deliver a large flow for rapid positioning. Under high-pressure conditions during lifting, the low-pressure pump unloads automatically, leaving the high-pressure pump to supply a low-flow output. This technology matches the engine’s power output with the lifting resistance, improving energy efficiency.
The container chain sling features an integrated locking mechanism where twist-locks automatically rotate and secure inside the container corner castings. Limit devices keep the chains locked during road transport to prevent accidental loosening. Upon completing container placement, the movement trajectory of the lifting points allows the hanging chains to automatically retract and store as the boom is recovered.
The side lifter is controlled via a wireless remote control unit paired with an advanced load-sensing, electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve. The wireless interface allows operators to stand at a safe distance with a clear view of the loading zone, while the proportional control provides stepless speed adjustments for smooth, precise crane positioning.

The MQH37A is compatible with standard 20ft and 40ft ISO shipping containers. The front and rear crane units slide along the trailer frame to adjust to the specific container length being handled.
The system utilizes an independent V2403-M-DI-E3B-CSL-1 engine. It features a total displacement of 2.434 liters, producing a rated power output of 36.5 kW at 2,600 rpm and a maximum torque of 158.6 N·m at 1,600 rpm.
This system uses high- and low-pressure double pumps to coordinate hydraulic flow. Under low pressure, it provides a high flow rate for quick crane positioning. Under high pressure during active lifts, the low-pressure pump unloads automatically, allowing the high-pressure pump to deliver a precise, low-flow supply. This keeps lifting speeds smooth and optimizes engine power usage.
The loader uses a patented twist-lock mechanism on its chain slings, which automatically rotates and locks inside the container corner castings. It is supported by limits that secure the locks during transport and an automatic chain storage function that retracts the chain safely during boom recovery.
